It is that time a year and one never know when it will strike. The weather event that I am alluding to is flash floods. Today’s photograph was from the collection of  Nora Fisher King (1883=1955). Nora was born in 1883 near Milford, the daughter of John and Laura McMurphy Fisher. The photograph circa 1910 was the remnant of a flash flood in the Milford region. I thought I had newspaper reference to that particular event, yet I am unable to find it.
